A quick reminder to all our race licence holders that our annual winter training camp will take place in Castlebar on Saturday 18th February to Sunday 19th February. The camp entails two training spins and is a great way to prepare for the coming season.

As usual, the weekend includes

• 2 Nights B & B in a cycling friendly guesthouse
• Evening dinner on Saturday night in a local restaurant
• Soup and sambos on return from training on Saturday afternoon.
• Support car for weekend.
