Mark Mullen League 2023
Drogheda Wheelers are delighted to announce that our annual Mark Mullen League will commence on Monday 19th June. Racing will take place every Monday night for six weeks. Riders must register in advance on eventmaster.ie. All riders please note that registration will close on Sunday 18th June 8:00 pm No applications can be processed after that date so please make sure to register on time.

Club “Get Together”
The club is organising a bit of a ‘get together’ this Saturday, May 13th at 12PM in The Thatch for all groups (including club members and those who are interested/would like to join the club). We will have complimentary tea/coffee and scones etc sponsored by the club and the Louth Local Sports Partnership for Bike Week. This is a chance to celebrate bike week, mark the conclusion of the couch to 50km and wish all our members involved with Rás Tailteann the very best of luck. The spins scheduled for Saturday are as follows:
Youth Group: Starting from The Thatch at 11AM.

Leisure Group/Couch 2 50KM: Leaving Mary St at 9:30AM for a controlled spin of approx 50KM.
Intermediate Group: Leaving The Thatch at 9AM for a controlled spin of 80KM-90KM
We are also hosting a bike workshop night in The Thatch at 8PM on Monday, May 15th for approx 45 mins – 1 hour showing some of the basics of bike maintenance. All welcome.
