Rás na nÓg 2020 Postponed

Drogheda Wheelers Cycling Club have made the difficult decision, in the interest of safety to competitors, parents, volunteers and other supporters to postpone Rás na nÓg, in line with recent developments with Covid-19.

At this time, the club has made no decision regarding The Peter Bidwell Memorial or The Coombes Connor Memorial, which are to be held on April 4th and 5th. We will closely watch developments in this regard and update as soon as we can. Likewise, there has been no decision made on the rescheduling of Rás na nÓg.

We will liaise with Cycling Ireland to process refunds to those who have already entered for Rás na nÓg. We are very disappointed to have to cancel this event, but we feel it is the best action to take for the safety of everyone involved.

Further updates regarding our senior events on April 4th and 5th will follow as the situation develops.

Thank you to everyone for your co-operation, and we hope everyone stays safe during this time.
