
Louth Coastal Tour 2022
Drogheda Wheelers’ annual Louth Coastal Tour will take place on Sunday 27th November.
The route will be our normal 80km spin along the beautiful Louth coast
The event will begin at 10:00 am at Donore National School. Entry fee is €20 for seniors and $10 for youths / juniors. All proceeds go towards Donore National School and the St. John’s Ambulance.

Club Championships 2022
Congratulations to Cormac Meegan, Joanne White and Sean Tolan who are this year’s club champions in the mens senior, ladies and youth categories after some great racing on the Crufty Circuit.
A big thank you to all our riders and to our ever reliable crew of marshalls. Well done to everyone on making this another great day of exciting and safe racing, and we look forward to seeing you all again next year.

Mark Mullen League Final Round
Arek Kluz of Stamullen won the final round of this year’s league. Teammate Javan Nulty’s second place was more than enough to see him comfortably win overall honours. John Holland of Bike Fit Studio took third place.

Mark Mullen League Round 5 Results
Javan Nulty of Stamullen consolidated his lead at the top of the overall standings with victory in Round 5. David McCaul of Swords was second with Paul Norton (All human/VeloRevolution Racing Team) third

Conor Murphy (Rostrevor) won Round 4 of the league with Josh Callaly (Navan) second. Third place for Paul Butler (Sean Kelly Cycling Club) sees him move to within three points of overall leader, Javan Nulty.

David Hickey (McNally Swords) won Round 3 of the league, with Tim Cronin (Navan) second and Joe Callan (Drogheda Wheelers) third. Javan Nulty (Stamullen) finished 8th and stays 9 points clear of team mate Arek Kluz at the top of the overall standings.

A great, fast race won by Seth Dunwoody, an U16 rider who had special permission to take part in tonight’s senior event. Away on his own for nearly the entire duration of the race. A fantastic effort also by Dunwoody’s teammate and fellow U16 with special permission, Samuel Coleman who took first unplaced junior.
